VIBE is a blended learning programme to support Level 2 Customer Service standard. The training has one face to face training session. There is then a series of online training for each unit that can be accessed here to be completed. Your company allocates a mentor who can support you with your development. 
The online material is password protected. Colin will have given you the password in your training session with him.
