Our Training
What makes Everyday Leader Training stand out? It's engaging. The first thing you will notice is that we use game and activities to engage the participant. Each game is carefully selected to act as a metaphor for the learning and to help it make sense and embed the thinking in the participant. Our training is rooted in research and best practice and is really practical. We start from the experiences that you are having and help you learn simple techniques to develop your practice. Underpinning all of this is creating a safe space where participants can also understand their own thinking and develop their mindset.
Our face to face training sessions brings high quality thinking and blends it with engaging activities, opportunity to practise and times of self-reflection and action planning to embed learning and see how they can apply it to their context to improve performance.

For group training sessions, training can also be arranged on request. Indicative cost: £500 per day + travel for a full day's training for 15 delegates. £350 + travel per half day training.
