Highly Reflective Leadership

Leadership is about how you overcome the problems you face. It sounds easy when phrased like that, but in reality you need to take people with you and make a decision that does not cause more problems than it solves. In this course we will look at: How to take people with you and get the win win. How to weigh up the options so that you don’t create more problems than you solve. We will also look at how you review a problem using 'black box thinking' so that you can really unpick the issues and how to make an even better 'next time'. Problems will not seem so big after this course.
