COACHING
Everyday Leader believes in you and that you have the power to lead yourself and change things. As leaders we face challenges and often the solution can be found within us. Our coaches will spend time with you to help you discover your strengths, how you work best and asking you a series of questions that allows you to find the solution to your problems and take control of them.
TRAINING
Our tailored training programmes are designed to engage thinking through activities and then coaching participants to evaluate, reflect and develop their own practice. Follow-on accountability and support is available, so the leadership journey continues. We have courses for leaders at all levels and we cater for education, business and charities. Our training centres on leading yourself so that you can lead others. We can help you develop a leadership culture, highly reflective practice and effective communication.
RESOURCES
Our role is to inspire and equip you. So we have developed a series of blogs, podcasts, ebooks and videos to help you. We add to these regularly to keep you equipped. In July 2020 we released our book 'Everyday People, Everyday Leaders', packed full of stories of everyday people demonstrating leadership and explanations of how you can develop your leadership.

From humble beginnings as the son of a farmhand, Colin Tapscott has developed a reputation for outstanding leadership over the past 30 years. A regular speaker at conferences, Colin delivered a seminal TEDx talk titled ‘Grandad’s toolbox – a tool for every generation’. He has led organisations in both the education, business and charity sectors and has experienced the day to day challenges of leading in high pressure, fast moving environments.
Colin prides himself on a no-nonsense, practical, jargon-free approach to leadership training, with content designed to inspire, develop and equip everyday leaders.
